This area is particularly dear to our firm, since we have always been by the side of companies and individuals – both Italian and foreign – in the challenges of commercial and international law.On the occasion of this recognition, Il Sole 24 Ore interviewed Cristina Martinetti and Paolo Lombardi, two of our founding partners (see the following link: https://www.ilsole24ore.com/art/cause-civili-aumento-e-contratti-rinegoz…). Cristina Martinetti analyzed the current topic of civil litigation and contract renegotiation, highlighting how, in this particular historical moment, more and more companies are contacting Elexi to request consultation about ongoing contracts, with the purpose to renegotiate them.Paolo Lombardi focused on the consequences of the Ukrainian war, saying that costs and delivery times have raised, causing an increase in litigations, both in general and for our firm.
