He has more than twenty years of experience in industrial and automotive sectors, assisting medium and large companies (listed and unlisted). He has been in-house lawyer (1999-2012) in the Fiat Group (now Stellantis) operating in the aerospace (Fiat Avio S.p.A.) and automotive sectors – General Counsel of Magneti Marelli Group and of Fiat Powertrain Technologies S.p.A.-to continue, since 2013, as outside legal counsel becoming a partner in leading law firms (Turin-Milan). He has thus acquired a direct knowledge of the management needs and developed an expertise in civil and commercial law, consolidated in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, M&A transactions and joint ventures set-ups, all at national and international level. Specialized in Transnational Exchange Law (University of Turin).
