He has in-depth experience in private and procedural international law and domestic and international commercial contracts, with particular reference to agency, distribution, procurement, intermediation, traditional and online sales, franchising and tenders, providing assistance in litigation and out-of-court activities.

He has over twenty years’ experience as speaker at seminars and training courses on the above subjects for institutions, associations and chambers of commerce.

President of the Private International Law Commission of the Union International des Avocats (U.I.A.) from 2016 to 2020.

Since 2023, he has been coordinator of the 2nd Two-Year Advanced Training Course – European Union Law – UIA Advanced Training School (Italian Committee).

In 2024, he was appointed by the National Bar Council as member of the Scientific Committee of the 2nd Two-Year Advanced Training Course in International Law – International Business and Contract Law – UIA School of Advanced Training (Italian Committee).
